How We Calculate Results

At Digital Optimus, we use transparent, data-driven methodologies to calculate and report performance metrics. Here's how we measure success:

Organic Lead Growth

We track organic leads by comparing baseline metrics (typically the 3 months before engagement) to current performance. We measure qualified leads through form submissions, phone calls tracked via call tracking numbers, and scheduled consultations.

Cost Per Lead (CPL) Reduction

CPL is calculated by dividing total marketing spend by the number of qualified leads generated. We track this across all channels (organic search, paid advertising, local directories) and compare month-over-month and year-over-year trends.

Conversion Rate Improvement

Conversion rates are measured at multiple stages: website visitor to lead, lead to qualified lead, and qualified lead to customer. We use A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve these metrics systematically.

Local Search Rankings

We track rankings for target keywords using industry-standard tools, monitoring positions in Google's local pack, organic results, and Google Maps. Rankings are verified across multiple locations and devices.

Data Sources

  • Google Analytics 4 for website behavior and conversions
  • Google Search Console for organic search performance
  • Call tracking software for phone lead attribution
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead quality and conversion tracking
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager for paid campaign performance
  • Local SEO tools for ranking and citation monitoring

Reporting Standards

All metrics are reported with context: baseline comparisons, industry benchmarks, and attribution models. We provide monthly reports with clear explanations of what changed and why.
